Marie Egan, Founder
Marie's journey in the performing arts has been truly remarkable. From a young age, she discovered her passion for dance and music, and her talent quickly became evident. During her teenage years, Marie's dedication to her craft led her to become an assistant dance teacher at a stage school, where she shared her knowledge and passion with young aspiring dancers.
Her commitment to nurturing the next generation of performers continued as she pursued her dreams with unwavering determination. Marie earned a Bachelor's degree in Voice and Dance, a testament to her hard work and dedication to mastering her craft.
But Marie's thirst for growth and learning did not end there. In 2021, she sought to further enhance her skills by undertaking acrobatic training, mastering new techniques that added a breathtaking dimension to her artistry.
Marie's journey extends beyond her personal accomplishments. Now a dedicated dance teacher, she imparts her knowledge and inspires others with her passion. Her role as a mentor in the performing arts community reflects her commitment to shaping the future of dance. Marie's story is a testament to the transformative power of passion, hard work, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
In 2022, Marie co-founded Royal XXII, a dance school that has thrived under her leadership. Providing a safe space for local children to discover the joy of dance, Marie's vision for the school has been a resounding success. Recently, she rebranded it to Royal Stage School, expanding its offerings to include singing alongside dance classes, providing a holistic artistic education.
Marie's high hopes for the school are driven by her passion for fostering creativity and self-expression in young minds. The future for Royal Stage School is exceptionally bright, as Marie continues to enrich the lives of her students, ensuring that the love for performing arts flourishes in the hearts of the next generation.
